The awaited sale of Korea Finance Corporation’s (KoFC) stake in Korea Aerospace Industries is taking a step forward. Fox Business News has reported that KoFC has released a statement saying it plans to begin the sale procedure for the 41.75 percent stake on Tuesday. . Bidders interested in the stake, currently valued at 1.1 trillion won, will have until 3 pm on August

16 to submit letters of intent. KoFC has stated that it plans to collect preliminary bids by September, final bids by October, and aims to complete the deal by the end of this year. Korean Air Lines has expressed interest in acquiring the stake.
