The Olympics are over; they’ve racked up medal counts and we’ve moved on to pontificating about the Spice Girls/Russell Brand lip-syncing or not lip-syncing I Am The Walrus.
But there must be a private equity angle to all of this—and guess what, we found one. You’d think that amid all the companies servicing, sponsoring or providing products for the gigantic event, there had to be at least one that’s private equity-backed.
