CHEYENNE, Wyo. — State and company officials say Wyoming is realizing benefits from a private-equity fund partnership established in 2003. Private investment firm Cheyenne Capital Fund recently announced it has returned $48 million in profits to the state so far this year. The money came from the sale of Platte River Ventures Aerospace and previous transactions.
