Don't Let Your Dreams Make You Forget Family

Don't Let Your Dreams Make You Forget Family

In as much we set goals, and objectives, as well as dreams we tend to lose sight on a lot of things that are important.

We lose track of time. Those that are important to us are at times neglected.

Let's look at our kids. In all honesty they deserve to have two parents, however circumstances may not allow for this.

It isn't so much in the finances we have that display a true love for our kids. Quality time is what they need.

What about our parents?
The many times they request us to come over for the holidays, give them a call, and simply check in with them from time to time.

We can focus so much on our dream that we neglect to do this.

When they pass away we take it so hard. Perhaps this is genuine grief, or perhaps it may be guilt.

Where not going to be long winded about this subject.

In a nutshell we will leave you with a scenario to think about:

Imagine being in your 40's, and still chasing the dream.

Imagine most of your immediate family passing away, in particular your mom or dad, and or both.

Imagine one, and or more of your kids are now adults.

Now imaging every time you see a mom, and or dad walking with their child.

For just about every year you missed with your there is a mom, and or dad enjoying theirs.

Imagine not knowing your nieces, nephews.

Imagine not being with your husband, and or wife because of the dream chasing.

Imagine not remembering to many good times you had in life.

Now imagine your health not being the greatest.

In wrapping this up:

In reading the above multiply it by all the hurt you feel, and still have not achieved your goals.

Was, and or Is it worth it?
