Workshop Leader: Greg Walker Managing Director & Counsel UBS AG Greg Walker is a Managing Director and Managing Attorney at UBS AG. He has been internal counsel for the past eight years for UBS's platforms for residential and commercial real estate loan origination, financing, trading, and securitization, as well as the placement of collateralized debt obligations and asset-backed securities. He also has been counsel to the investment fund established by the Swiss National Bank which purchased certain securitized assets from UBS and is now managed by UBS. Prior to joining UBS, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, a Senior Credit Analyst at Moody's Investors Service and Associate Attorney at the firms of Brown & Wood and Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
