From 2010 to the present, Breath of Life Records has produced original music and video recordings. It is a Christian record label that is based in Southern California. Our mission is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ by producing quality Christian/inspirational media that appeals to a diverse audience. Our productions of sound, music and video encompass three divisions: Legacy, Next Generation and Mosaic.
The Legacy division is dedicated to preserving the traditional rich sounds of the Church through hymns, spirituals and anthems: using accapella or instrumentation.The Next Generation division is designed to produce and promote new artists in contemporary gospel, R&B, jazz and accapella music genres.
Created to expand the listening palate, the Mosaic division represents a collage of uplifting secular music in the forms of ballads, jazz, big band, R&B and Neo-Soul.
Founder and CEO, Tony Shepperd, is a renowned recording engineer, mixer and producer. His credits include celebrity artists such as Take 6, the Backstreet Boys, Whitney Houston, and Kenny Loggins. His gospel music roots propelled him to follow his ultimate passion, creating his own Christian record label and taking it to a level of unexplored territory. - Walter Arties
