No sooner has Denham Capital wrapped up its $3 billion sixth fund than the energy-focused firm is looking to dig its toes into the sands of the Gulf of Mexico. But while your average spring breaker would be content to come home with some sand dollars and a mild case of liver damage, Denham is looking for something a little more lucrative.
