Cooper Standard Acquires EDC Technology; Expands Thermal Management Expertise

NOVI, Mich., April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. today announced its acquisition of the patents and other intellectual property rights and assets of EDC Automotive LLC relating to automotive thermal management technologies and related product development and testing capabilities.
