According to a press release, Connersvile, Indiana-based Stant Corporation, a manufacturer of vapor and fluid control components, has acquired a majority stake in a Pyongsan-FT, a division of a local manufacturer of automotive HVAC, Pyongsan. The JV, which is to renamed Stant Korea Corporation, will produce fuel filler tube parts for the Asian markets.
